These Terms and Conditions govern the use of themiroco.com and any related mobile or software applications (collectively the “Site”) owned and operated by Miroco.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site or making a purchase from Miroco. By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy and any applicable laws. If you do not agree with any portion of the Terms, you should immediately cease use of the Site.
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this document. By continuing to use the Site after a change, you agree to the updated Terms.
1. Definitions
The following definitions apply to these Terms:
- Product(s) refer to any goods offered for sale on the Site including electric kettles, milk frothers, floor lamps, light therapy lamps, beverage refrigerators, and related accessories.
- Order refers to a customer’s completed checkout and purchase of Products on the Site.
- You / Your refer to the user of the Site or customer making a purchase.
- Miroco / We / Us collectively refer to the Site owner and operator, Miroco.
2. Eligibility to Use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding agreements to use the Site or make purchases. Minors may only use the Site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Miroco reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, or cancel Orders in its sole discretion.
3. Product Listings and Pricing
Miroco strives to accurately display Product images, descriptions, pricing, and availability on the Site. However, errors may occur. If an item’s price or description is substantially inaccurate, we will cancel the Order and notify you.
Product images should be considered illustrative only and may differ from the actual product. Colors displayed depend on your monitor settings. Refer to product descriptions for dimensions and details.
Product pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping costs are added at checkout based on your location.
4. Order Process and Contract Formation
The checkout process allows you to review and confirm your Order including items, quantities, prices, shipping method, and billing information. By clicking “Place Order”, you submit a binding offer to purchase the Products in your cart.
Orders are considered accepted and a contract formed only when we send Order confirmation by email. If your Order cannot be completed, we will attempt to contact you using the email or phone number provided.
You agree Order information provided by Miroco shall be deemed received upon sending. It is your responsibility to ensure we have your current contact details.
5. Payment
All orders must be prepaid in full before fulfillment. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. You represent you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
If payment cannot be successfully processed or is later invalidated, we reserve the right to cancel your Order and recover any Products sent.
6. Sales Tax
If you purchase Products for delivery to destinations within the United States, sales tax may be added to your Order total based on applicable state and local rates.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill your Order based on the shipping option selected at checkout. Estimate delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Title to Products and risk of loss transfers upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for any damages or loss occurring in transit.
You may be required to be present to sign for delivery or confirm receipt. Failure to accept delivery may result in fees, delays, cancellation, or return shipping at your expense.
8. Returns and Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with any Products purchased from Miroco, you may return them for a refund subject to the following terms:
- Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be in new, unused, unopened condition with original packaging and tags.
- A valid Return Authorization (RA) number must first be obtained by contacting Customer Service.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error.
- Refunded amount excludes original shipping fees. Refund method will match original payment.
- Returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.
- If the return does not meet requirements, the Products will be returned to you at your expense.
Custom, engraved, used, damaged, or personal care items may not be returned. We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund for any reason permitted by law.
9. Promotions and Coupons
Miroco may offer occasional promotions and discount codes. Promotions are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of offer.
Coupon codes are one-time use only, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. Coupon redemptions are subject to any additional restrictions provided along with the code.
10. Account Registration
Registration may be required to complete certain purchases or access features. You agree to provide current, accurate information and update your account promptly with any changes.
Miroco reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain misleading information or are used fraudulently or unlawfully.
11. User Content
“User Content” refers to any material posted to the Site by users, including product reviews, comments, photos, videos, etc. You grant Miroco a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content for business purposes.
By sharing User Content, you affirm you have the lawful right to submit it and it complies with our Acceptable Use terms in Section 15. Miroco is not responsible for any User Content. We have discretion to remove any User Content for any reason without notice.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Site including text, graphics, logos, product images, videos, and software is the property of Miroco or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reuse, reproduce, publish, license, sell or create derivative works from this content without express consent from Miroco or the copyright owner.
13. Links to Third Party Sites
The Site may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by other parties not affiliated with Miroco. Links are provided for your reference only. We do not control linked sites and are not responsible for their availability, content, or any use of the sites.
14. Disclaimers
a. No warranties – The Site and Products are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind regarding fitness, merchantability, security, or accuracy. Use at your own risk.
b. Limitations of liability – Miroco shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of Products including direct, indirect, consequential, punitive or special damages.
c. Indemnity – You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Miroco and our employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or Products.
15. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to misuse the Site or assist others in doing so, including by:
- Posting, uploading, sharing, or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, or profane material.
- Distributing viruses, worms, trojan horses, corrupted data, or other harmful or malicious code.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining Terms shall still be valid and enforceable.
19. No Waiver
Any failure by Miroco to exercise rights under these Terms does not constitute waiver of that right.
